Does anyone know how long it takes to get Healthnet welcome kit with card?
I was approved for medi-cal and then was told to choose a plan. I did so 10 days ago, but haven’t received anything. I’ve never experienced anything so remotely bad. Truly ashamed to be living in US at this point. I’ve always had insured, but now I don’t and I need medical care. I know I can use the Benefits ID Card, but I don’t know how any of it works. There was no explanation or anything. Ashamed, totally ashamed.
