Hello everyone, Me male 35, wife female 34, zip code 30043. So I have insurance with my employment and wife was part of the policy. Between August and September of last year my employer was doing an audit on insurance and we needed to provide paperwork to the auditing company, I provided all paperwork for our kids as well as her. I missed a communication from them regarding missing for my wife, because of that she has been removed from the insurance. I’ve attempted speaking to HR but that’s pretty much not gone anywhere and can be su.marized as GFY. During open enrollment I was still able to add her to thr plan, and even checked coverage mid January and all is well. She is currently 6 months pregnant and when I went to pick up some medication for her insurance shows she’s been removed again. I checked my benefits page from internal company site and she is gone. I will try and see if I can speak to HR on Monday, but most likely it will end with me being told GFY. what options do I have regarding this situation?
