Hi! I am going to be a federal employee and need to pick a health insurance plan. This is my first time being a big kid and have my own plan. The feds give us TONS of options and it is kinda overwhelming. To top it off I have a chronic illness and have to see specialists regularly and am on a buttload of drugs.
Its just me so I do not have to worry about a family or partner. I’m moving to rural Idaho so there are not a lot of specialists near by. I was thinking the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan because they have a wide range of doctors in case I have to go out of state for a doctor but I know nothing of the other plans. I’m also fresh out of college and broke af, which isn’t helpful at all.
Do you guys have any suggestions?
Age: 24, State: Idaho, Salary: $32,000
PS This is my first time on reddit so I’m really excited!
