Hi I’ve been 18 for a month now and i have no clue what to do for health insurance. I have mental health problems and i can barely afford therapy, yet alone seeing a psychiatrist. It’s twice the price of one session, and one session every three weeks is pushin it. My mom has never been there for the getting me help thing, so she isn’t dependable. Especially when it comes to health insurance. She’s always said she’d put me on her plan in October or some shit like that since i was 12. Every fucking year. Point is that i know she’s claiming me as a dependent this year, and i dont have health insurance through her. I really was hoping if someone could tell me my options as it concerns getting health insurance, what’s the best one for young adults, and idk bro what do i fucking do? I just want to afford help and i have no idea WHERE TO LOOK. Everythings so confusing and overwhelming.
