so braces and teeth straightening isn’t covered for adults, bummer. BUT I may have sleep apnea and apparently misaligned teeth can contribute to caucusing it. Has it ever been the case that in the treatment of sleep apnea adult braces were covered as part of the treatment of it for anyone here? Could I get covered if I get them in an effort to treat sleep apnea (if diagnosed, I know I should get on top of it and I am working on it!) Or am I reaching and will I just have to bite the bullet and pay for it out of pocket?
If you have heard of anything like this before please let me know your experience, thanks!
