I had ambetter in 2020 and got its rewards card through activities. I have been using it to pay health bills. The card is supposed to expire in 90 days. I thought it will last through March (as insurance ended starting January) but i havent been able to pay any bills today? Anybody knows what the end date of expiration was for rewards card
