Hoping you can help me out. I have an Aetna Choice POS II plan. Under my benefits section of the Aetna site, it says that Pre-Natal Care is covered 100%. When my wife went to get labwork done, they said that 4 of the tests were not covered, and it would be 1200 dollars out of pocket for the tests. I called Aetna, and they said that while the site says that Prenatal is 100% covered, there are exclusions including Lab Work, Ultrasounds, and other pregnancy related services. How can they say it is covered 100%, and then pick and choose what is covered? My wife had prescriptions from her doctor for all of the tests that were ordered. Quest was in-network as well.
