Any experience with PHP (Physicians Health Plan) Northern Indiana? Do they have good coverage?

I’m considering a job opportunity in Indiana, and the employer offers PHP health insurance. (NOT the same thing as the MLM life insurance “Agency”.)

The cost looks comparable to what I pay for TriCare Young Adult Select through my parents currently. If I take a job that offers health insurance I will no longer qualify for the TriCare plan, so I need to factor the insurance into my decision about the job.

Does anyone have experience with PHP Northern Indiana? Most of the online info I can find is for Michigan, and I’m not sure how different the two branches are.

I want to know what their coverage is like, and how easy it is to communicate with them and get things covered. What’s their prescription drug coverage? What do you end up paying for specialist visits, like a gastroenterologist or gynecologist? Do they cover mental/behavioral health? How do urgent care prices compare to a provider office visit?

If anyone has other advice on how to find answers to these questions, I’m all ears.
