I ran off and eloped recently and once my name change goes through, I will be added to my spouse’s insurance. I’m not on speaking terms with my family at the moment, but i am currently on their insurance. When i switch, will i need to let them know somehow so they can take me off of their plan? I want it to be a smooth transition and i don’t want anyone stuck with extra fees.
