My wife got a procedure recently (in-network), and it was billed $600 – that is 100% out of my pocket because my deductible is not met yet. Medicare rate for this procedure is $130, and average cost seems to be around $200.
Do I have any chances to dispute this? If yes, what do I have to do? I am not super happy paying 3x of normal price.
