I’m asking for a friend who’s a US citizen who just turned 26 so she can no longer stay on her dad’s plan. Her employer offers a HMO plan that costs $240+ per month which is too expensive for her. Her income is around 440% FPL so she’s not eligible for ACA plans according to healthcare.gov. Where can she get a plan that’s more affordable? Her budget is $100-150. Thank you in advance!
