This might be a dumb question – the vaccination sites in my state (PA) currently require people to bring proof of ID and their insurance card/Medicare card with them.
Does the facility admistering the vaccine submit a claim for all vaccinations? Or do they just write it off to a federal/state funded expense bucket and bypass the whole claims adjudication process?
