Travelers Health Insurance for b1/B2 visa

Hello all! Looking for some Info. I have a relative that is looking to visit California from Pakistan for 6 months on a visiting visa (B1/B2). I was wondering if anyone had any leads on possible options for health care insurance? I know the Covered California website says that temporary lawful residents qualify but I’m not sure if that means her? I browsed google and lots of scammy companies are out there. I just don’t want to make a wrong decision. She is 65 and has some preexisting conditions like high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Buying insurance from home country is not an option as Pakistan doesn’t really have infrastructure like that. Please help.

We looked into IMGlobal. The marketing looks great but their Yelp got terrible reviews. Most are saying that their sudden accidents were labeled as pre-existing conditions and not covered.

Zip code will be 92555. Age: female, 65. She has pre-existing conditions. Traveling to US for 6 months. Income: I think would be 0? Her son will support her when she is here.
