So I recently got pregnant, and went to my first appointment. Aetna charged me for ultrasound and other stuff as well because it was billed as initial appointment and not as prenatal?! Also Aetna told me they never cover ultrasounds no matter what. So now I have to pay $186? Have other people faced this with Aetna? What should I do?
