Will insurance cover the facility fees, anesthesia etc of functional rhinoplasty, if I’m also doing cosmetic?

So I have a deviated septum and other stuff that need to be corrected by surgery. I have also been unhappy with the appearance of my nose so I’ve been thinking of perhaps doing so but it’s very expensive.

I know my insurance will cover everything for my functional aspect and I read some big items on price are anesthesia and fees and other stuff that would be covered by insurance for the functional aspect of it.

Can anyone confirm if it indeed covers those fees so that all I would pay for is the surgeon’s cost for rhinoplasty which ends up decreasing the price I’d pay if I didn’t do it along with the functional one.

Hope it’s clear to understand. Thanks
