Colonial Health and Multiplan coverage

So I’m 26 and just got my own insurance, I thought it was ok. Now I’m trying to get specifics for benefits so I’m not surprised if I need to go to the doctors for anything. When I initially called, they said providers have contracts with Multiplan and that my doctor is in network and that they are a part of the Multiplan coverage. After calling my doctor they said they do not have a contract rate, and said my insurance should be able to provide that information for me (they even gave me codes for what I would be billed for for an annual women’s health visit that I normally do so I can relay those codes to them). So I called my insurance again and they said they do not know, cannot tell me, and that my doctors office probably wouldn’t tell me either. I’m just trying to find out how much a visit would be and what percentage of a visit would be covered by my insurance and it’s starting to be very upsetting.

Could anyone provide some insight into this and Multiplan coverage and who would be able to tell me the percentage that would be covered?
