Hello, Hope all is well. I’ve been using COBRA for a while and I am terminating it to find a cheaper option (I pay 1400 a month). The issue I am having is that my daughter lives in a Ohio and I live in NY, when I go to the market place I am unable to find a plan with national coverage. I did research and found the Multi State Plan but it takes me to Obama care I think and that takes me back to the market place that doesn’t have national coverage. I understand that most plans cover emergency outside the state line but if she needed to see a doctor (non emergency) then she has to be here which is not a lot of time.
Does anyone know where to find plans that cover us in two different states or is my only option is to buy a plan for her in Ohio and one for me in NYC?
