Guys. I broken my arm and be transported to emergency room by EMS on Feb 15th 2021 without health insurance. I enrolled the Obama care insurance and effective by March 1st 2021. The insurance company cover my surgery and later cost due to the Act.
My question is does my injury considered as the pre-existing condition and does insurance company can cover for me backdate?
