I am losing my employer based health insurance tomorrow. I will get new employer based health insurance at my new job on 5/1. I need coverage for a month, and I see a doctor/therapist every week so I can’t do STM. Cobra is obviously too expensive, so can I pick a marketplace plan and cancel it after a month? Would I even need to pay attention to deductibles, just find a plan that would do coinsurance with my therapist before the deductible is met?
