I’m finding that as the bills go through to the secondary insurance provider, it’s getting denied and no part of the remaining bill is getting paid. How do I get the secondary health plan to cover some of the costs? As of right now, the primary is paying their share, and we pay the balance (secondary isn’t paying anything).
