Is there training/licensing for pharmacy benefits?

I’ve been working at a health insurance company for 3 years now, working as a software QA. Though I test software that revolves around our formularies and pharmacy claims processing, I still struggle with the nuances of Medicare part D, formulary changes, MAC pricing strategies, and pre authorizations. I’ve asked around the office, but it seems like no one has any official training and just leans on the knowledge of like 2 experts who have been there a long time.

Is there any kind of course/training/certification I can take that will help me get a better handle on these processes? Should I just take classes on health insurance in general?
