Therapist is no longer taking insurance- looking to switch insurance plans

I’m feeling really lost at where to begin. My out-of-network telehealth mental health deductible is $4500 with 60% coverage after that (it’s $150 per weekly therapy session). I’m 23, in Texas, and currently on my mom’s BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma PPO plan. I’m looking to switch to a plan that has better out-of-network coverage.

I’m a contractor/freelancer so I knew eventually I’d need to look for a plan after I turned 25. But there are so many options and I’m not sure where to even begin looking. Switching therapists is a last resort, it took me so long to get into therapy, I’m worried if I stop I’ll just never get another one. Therapy has been really good for me so far and the thought of starting over with someone new is very daunting.

Any advice?
