Like the title says. I’m a noob to all this. And I’m just wondering how personal I’d have to get with a health insurer. It’s one thing to have a faceless entity processing my insurance. It’s another to have to face someone and discuss something as sensitive as my health history with someone who isn’t a doctor. I’d be kinda intimidated and embarrassed if I had to do that.
