Hi! I’m 20 in maryland 21921, i make > 10,000 an year. I had medicaid and commercial insurance. Recently I was taken off the commercial insurance. I updated that on the website, but when I go to pick up my prescriptions it medicaid still says i have the commercial insurance. I’ve tried contacting medicaid through their phone number for the past 2 months. I’m on the phone for at least an hour and get transferred to the point I have to leave a message. How can I get in contact with them? It’s so hard to get there prescriptions I need with this happening.
