Potentially eligible for medicaid, what do I do with marketplace enrollment?

Will try to keep this brief, thanks for any advice.

We moved from Cali to Nevada in March. I am trying to get coverage going in Nevada for April. I am ineligible for medicaid but my wife who is pregnant is determined to be “potentially eligible”. I can choose to purchase a full price Nevada Health Link plan with no premium tax credit assistance for her but do not know what happens when eligibility results come, hopefully, in April. If she is deemed eligible will I get refunded the premium I paid for her plan? If I don’t purchase a plan for her will she be covered in any way or would she in limbo until the results come in?

Any advice is appreciated
