Need Help Searching for Health Insurance to Cover Orthognathic Surgery

So my teeth are falling out, piece by piece. This is due to a jaw problem whereby my top and bottom teeth are right on top of each other. The only solution to this is surgery, which apparently is notoriously difficult to get a health insurance to cover (common excuses are that it may improve how I look so they dismiss it as being cosmetic, and/or will dismiss it until the symptoms have gotten so bad that it causes severe health problems, which by then is advanced).

I want to stop losing teeth! It really sucks. I need to find a list of Insurance companies with excellent coverage but have no idea where to start (I have Cigna right now and it’s total garbage).

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start? I feel like I need to hire a lawyer or something.
