Hi all, I am in need of some help with my 2021 Medicare deductible, I am completely confused at this point. I had several office visits early in the year close to one another, the first visit charged me $203 deductible I figured that makes sense so I paid it. The next week I had a different office visit and I got charged $112 for deductible, I told them I had paid the full annual $203 already but I was told since it hasn’t shown on my Medicare account I needed to pay so I paid them $112. Later that week I was at yet another different practice, same thing, I paid $203 because my previous payments weren’t showing on Medicare. All 3 visits took place before Jan 15. Since then I have been trying to straighten the charges out but at first I was told the claims haven’t been processed by Medicare and my supplement Cigna yet so I waited. All the charges have been posted now so I tried to call each office to see who should be refunding me the extra deductibles. So far all I have gotten are bunch of gibberish I can’t understand, no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer and no one wants to refund anything obviously. Can anyone help me? Who should I contact for help with this issue? Thanks
