So I’m on Medi-Cal. It’s been almost a month and a half and I still haven’t received my benefits ID card though my insurance is currently active. My case worker isn’t being of any help. I can barely get ahold of her as it is. I need to see a doctor because I’m pregnant and need to get ultrasounds. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to see a doctor without a benefits ID card?
