Need help understanding how much I’m really going to be paying

So I’m 18 y/o, living on my own for the first time and I’m confused on how everything works insurance wise. Basically I want to go in for a routine STI test but I’m not sure how to go about it in the cheapest way. I called the hospital and they transferred me to their ER department who then said I could just walk in for a test at anytime but I see on my insurance card that the co-pay for using the ER is 200 bucks. However, I was also told by the customer service rep that I could go in to see my PHCP and they could order the tests for me, and on my card it says a copay for the PCP is only $20 but then I was told that there could be other fees for those tests being ordered and I’m just confused on how much I’m really going to be paying.

Any help would be appreciated cause I’m totally lost
