My friend was telling me about his BCBS plan: $700 out of pocket max, 3 free visits to specialists, then a $5 copay after that.
We live in NC and he’s unemployed.
I’ve searched for that plan on the marketplace and the BCBS website but I can’t find it. How did he get it!?
