Signed up for a plan yesterday. Link to pay wasn’t working- I knew I had until today so I thought I’d just do it today. I HAVE to pay today or get dropped according to marketplace Now: link to payment on marketplace gives me a phone number to offices that are closed Called billing # to BCBS: CLOSED Called “24 hour customer service” it’s directing me to the same closed offices Tried to pay online using my zip, SS & birthday and it says they can’t find info matching in the system. I need to pay by today or get dropped but everything is closed until Monday Tried to log in to BCBS account. Says “username couldn’t be found” To the username that they just sent me with the “forgot username” function Finally managed to log in: the plan I just enrolled in isn’t listed On any customer service l get I dont get to a person or they can’t help with billing I tried to just enter my social on their website to find my bill and it says “doesn’t match our records” I’m at such a loss. I really need this coverage
