Questions about the Cigna 700-4 plan on healthcare.gov how can one afford to USE it while unemployed?

Employers with the low wage jobs complain they cant find ppl to work for $15/hour. Heck $20/hour will not cover all of my basic needs, housing utilities, car, food, phone, miscellaneous once taxes, health, dental, vision, prescription and retirement are taken out.

Back to my point (sorry to digress)

This ACA Silver plan has a $714/month tax credit which absorbs the premium.

$700 deductible

$700 out of pocket maximum

Zip code: 37203

Unemployment pretax $575 a week (with the Federal $300 stimulus) minus taxes = $517.50 a week.

The cost to USE the Silver plan:

$700 deductible

$5 primary care copayment

Xrays, ultrasounds count towards the $700 deductible which would absorb 1.5 weeks of my unemployment in one month.

I need specialty care, not primary care.

Specialty care isnt $5 copay. The exhaustion of the $700 deductible is required.

Then $700 out of pocket max, 20% coshare expenses.

Can anyone give an example how this works? (Contracted provider rates)

Specialty doctor (Beth) $300 consult fee with xrays and

Specialty doctor (Brian) $200 exam fee

Am I responsible for paying the entire $300 + $200 until I absorb the $700 deductible?

After that, I’d pay 20% coshare until the $700 out of pocket max is reached

There are too many layers in this healthcare system. No wonder people can’t afford to use it.

If unemployment nets $2,068 a month, minus the cost to USE health insurance, what is left to cover

Housing, utilities, car, food, phone, precription eye exam and glasses, dental exam, teeth cleaning, 2 dental crowns, car new tires and breaks, oil change, hygiene products, savings.
