Hi, my daughter is seventeen years old. I was studying in the US when she was born and we moved back to our home country after my studies were done. She has not lived in the US since we moved back. However, from last September, she has been living with her sister in NY and taking online classes from home. What are her options for health insurance? I can afford a monthly premium of three to four hundred dollars a month. FYI, I am not a resident of USA for tax purposes.
