As you can see the claim status is ‘denied’ (other claim statuses throughout this visit were ‘fully paid’), but if you look below, it seems there was an amount paid (blanked out, but there is X amount there which is greater than 0), and ‘member responsibility’ is $0. If claim status is ‘denied’ would I not be responsible for the full amount of the claim? Extremely confused. To me it basically looks like the status is denied, but everything went through as if it wasn’t denied. Can anyone please clarify? Thanks!
