Potentially switching jobs and want to make sure a specialty medication is covered. Does the insurance company matter for coverage?

Hello, I’m in California and I’m interviewing for a new job. I currently have a good PPO plan through Anthem Blue Cross, and it covers a specialty medication that would usually cost $15,000 or something insane like that.

I asked the recruiter what type of health plans the new company has, and she says I would be “100% covered and they are administered under PPO, HMO, or HSA.”

She didn’t mention the insurance company though. Does that matter? Am I in danger of losing the doctors I currently go to, or not having this medicine covered, because they use another company instead of Anthem? Or is the fact it’s a PPO enough? How could I find out more?
