Girlfriend(31) got a new job a few months ago and she can’t put her daughter(10) on the insurance.
She sent them copies of the birth certificate and social security number. They said it doesn’t prove she’s her daughter and that she could get her own insurance. For some reason, they don’t understand that she is 10.
She doesn’t know who to talk to or what else they want from her. She has until May 25th. (I don’t know what happens after that)
