I (21f) have no idea how anything works. I’m a waitress and a student nurse and I need someone to explain health insurance terms to me like I’m an idiot. Deductible, copay vs coinsurance, out of pocket maximum, tax credit, everything. I got that email about tax credits and when I went online it said I’m most likely eligible with my income (19k/year), but I want to understand it before I sign up. The school system has failed to help me understand and I grew up with parents that never really had insurance. Thank you!
