Insurance is oxford. Not sure if this is the right place to ask, last year I got a covid test at an urgent care. The lab that processed the test has billed my insurance 5 times in the past year for the single test. Each EOB I’ve received says I don’t owe the provider any money. My insurance made a payment to the lab after the first claim, and each one after that has been denied because it’s already been paid. Is there anything I can or should do about this?
