I am co insured through my parents plan and my companies plan. I had 5-6 dr’s visits for some neuropathy issues and normal issues that were sent to both insurances. My companies insurance processed it but my parents insurance say that they haven’t received anything, yet they have received all the other paperwork that my dr has sent over. I have verified that they have correct insurances and addresses and when I call the dr’s office they say I owe nothing to them, my companies insurance say they paid nothing and owe them nothing and then my parents insurance say they didn’t receive anything other than the stuff they did receive and paid for. I’m wildly confused and would like to pay the bills now as to prevent a randomly 1-2k bill and/or get sent to collections. Who should I call to help me figure this out?
