Hello! Goodness, I wish the healthcare marketplace glossary was more complete. When it says to “Confirm your plan by: May 31, 2021” for coverage to start June 1 — Does anyone have experience with whether this “by May 31st” date means BY as in BEFORE May 31st, or…. BY as in THROUGH May 31st?
