This is not something I’d normally turn to Reddit for but I have searched everywhere online and have gotten nothing helpful. I’m in a panic now because I need to either pay for or cancel my plan tomorrow.
I currently have a marketplace health insurance plan that is heavily subsidized by a premium tax credit – previously I worked two part time jobs so I was not covered by either one. I just got offered a full time job and will start in two weeks. But my insurance does not kick in until August 1st
Can I stay on my marketplace plan for the next two months without having to pay my credit back when I file taxes?
