I was in a coma (blood sugar too high ,DKA) and used an ambulance in Feb. now I get a letter from the ambulance company that says “your insurance company did not pay your claim in full. Since your transport was related to a symptomatic, suspected or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, the entire claim should be paid in full. Please contact your insurance carrier..”
But I was never tested or diagnosed for COVID-19, do they just want me to lie?
