My mom goes to a specific doctor she likes. Now this doctor changed his medical group and gave my mom a list of other medical groups he accepts. The problem now he changed it again and now to be able to go to the same doctor, she would need to change her primary care doctor who speaks the same language with another who doesn’t. She is frustrated and doesn’t want to go to the doctor anymore. I feel this ridiculous for doctors to keep changing medical groups without caring for the patients. Is there anything we could do?
