Do unemployment payments count as income for the “advanced premium tax credit”?

My situation:

Unemployment for the first 6 months of the year, on Medicaid, about to start a job that doesn’t provide insurance so I’m looking at plans from the NY marketplace.

There’s a calculator where you put in your estimated annual income. Should I include the unemployment payouts?

Or just the estimated income from working at the job for June – December? If this is the case, I might apply for the NY Essential plan which is $0 like medicaid but the income limit is slightly higher

State: NY
