Rebilled delivery so it didn’t go toward my deductible

I have a high deductible plan. Deductible is 3500 and OOPM is 9500. I have anthem. I just had a baby so I have a slew of bills. I’ve been deciphering my bills and they are a mess because the hospital didn’t send some documentation of my birth to the insurance company and they denied covering my birth at first. So while my birth was on 2/21/21, it wasn’t rebilled until late April. So it didn’t go toward my deductible and I am paying coinsurance on the delivery which is about 2,200. On top of all my other prenatal visits my bill is 6,200 and the hospital says my min. Payment is 300 a month. Is there anything I can do about them not putting that toward my deductible? Would it be cheaper if the birth had been added to my deductible? TIA.
