I’ve been trying to sign up under the special enrollment period that I’d heard about, which extends to 8/15. However every time I try it tells me to wait for open enrollment. Am I missing something? Do I need to fill out a new application? We’re in MO and as far as I could tell, we qualify for the extended enrollment period.
