hello all PPO subscribers, I finally selected PPO insurance (Texas, Anthem Blue Cross, low deductible) for the first time in my life. I am 37 and never had to visit doctor or hospital except routine blood work, screen for cholesterol, blood pressure, depression, and HIV.. What are some of the tests that I should get done to better evaluate my health since I now don’t need to worry about the cost as much ? I know few people go for upper endoscopy for gut health.
Please suggest how I can take full advantage of the plan since now I am paying high premium. Thank you in advance.
