Hi everyone, I recently moved from CA to NJ and need help picking a plan out. I have multiple preexisting conditions and I am on 5-8 medications (depends the month). I go to the doctor/urgent care often, and usually need labs 5+ times a year.
I am currently with Blue Shield of CA, the Silver 70 Off Exch PPO plan. The two plans I am considering are Horizon Advantage EPO Silver or Horizon OMNIA Silver EPO. I need help in deciding what is best for me. Thank you for all your help, I’m used to having an agent do everything for me!
