I’m in California and have Kaiser HMO. First time with Kaiser but I’ve had many an hmo before and thought that you always just pay the copay and you’re done?
I had some lab work done where they sent me to Tower Imaging, and then a month later I received a bill for $50. Is this normal? Maybe I just had better luck with other HMOs that this never happened before but wanted to check.
