If I have a doctors appointment on my last day of work and last day of insurance coverage…will it be covered by insurance?

So basically my last day of work is 6/30. I start my new job 7/1 but will be with a new health plan that doesn’t kick in until August 1st…. and have to start my deductible all over again, but on my old/current health plan (Aetna if it matters) I’ve already maxed out my deductible. So I have 2 doc appointments lined up for 6/28 morning (physical) and more dicey 6/30 at 7:30 PM… aka my last day… Technically it is my last day of health insurance. As long as the service (pelvic ultrasound) is provided on the last day… and billed for that day only… I should be fine.. right? My worry is if the doctor who will look at my results… won’t look at them until 7/1 and then bill for their portion on 7/1 rather than 6/30…

But… I do plan to also do Cobra to cover me for the gap, but does that reset me for deductibles? Or do I get to “continue” my exact health plan until my new insurance (Cigna) kicks in? If I can keep my “current plan” during cobra and my deductible doesn’t reset, I’ll be less worried.

I have some health issues flaring up all over right so I’m not willing to be without coverage and tempt fate and a visit to the hospital.

Anyone know?
